Section 1General Provisions

nd111 is an online gaming platform that provides various casino games, sports betting and entertainment services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all legal relationships between nd111 and its users ("Member" or "you").

nd111 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published, and continuing to use the platform will be considered acceptance of those changes. Members are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

2.2 Account Registration

Each member may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

• The name, address and contact information you provide must be true and accurate.
• If your account details change, you must notify nd111 promptly.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

nd111 may verify identity through a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is complete. This is done for the safety of all members.

Section 3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can currently be deposited on nd111 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Members must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name.

• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposit transactions are processed instantly.
• nd111 may request additional information in the case of suspicious transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.
• nd111 reserves the right to permanently cancel withdrawals in cases of fraudulent activity.
• Account details must be up to date and accurate before requesting a withdrawal.

Section 4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of nd111 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, the bonus option must be activated and the bonus terms and conditions must be followed.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A minimum 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. That means if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager 10 times the total of ৳3,000, which equals ৳30,000, to become eligible for withdrawal.

• There is a specific time limit for meeting wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• The contribution rate of the bonus may vary across different games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Other Promotional Offers

nd111 regularly provides various promotional offers. Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is announced. nd111 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer.

Section 5VIP Program and Cashback

nd111's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on a member's activity and loyalty to the platform. Cashback is generally paid on a weekly basis and may have its own wagering requirements.

Section 6Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on nd111 are conducted fairly and impartially. Each game has its own rules, which are made available to the member before the game begins. nd111 reserves the right to void any bet due to a technical error.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nd111 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to manipulate the system through fraudulent or unlawful means.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing account details with others or allowing third parties to play.
• Using automated bots or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

6.3 Technical Issues

nd111 is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors. However, if a game is disrupted due to an issue on nd111's servers, the relevant bet will be reasonably reassessed.

Section 7Account Suspension and Closure

nd111 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• If the member is found to be a minor.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members may also contact the support team at any time to close their own account. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Discontinuation of certain services due to changes in law.

In the event of any dispute, nd111's decision will be considered final. However, members may raise objections through the support team and nd111 will review them reasonably.

Section 11Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the nd111 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of nd111. Members may use this content for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing or commercially using any content without the written permission of nd111 is strictly prohibited.
